The Role

As Senior Manager, Investment Accounting, you will lead the Investment Accounting team within the Centre of Expertise, providing technical leadership and solution design for investment accounting reporting and Clearwater.

Key responsibilities include:

- Reviewing and approving reconciliations on Clearwater, covering position, cash and suspense for Hong Kong and Group Entities

- Integrating Clearwater reconciliations with Bloomberg and Investment Operations to establish a unified reconciliation framework

- Providing technical expertise and solution design for investment accounting and reporting processes

- Supporting the expansion of services offered by the Centre of Expertise to the Group and local business units

- Acting as an escalation point and subject matter expert for investment accounting matters

What We Are Looking For

- Solid experience in investment accounting, preferably within insurance, asset management, or financial services

- Hands-on exposure to Clearwater Analytics and Bloomberg

- Strong technical knowledge of investment instruments and reconciliation processes

- Proven experience managing or mentoring a team

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
