Senior Manager, Investment Accounting

The Role
Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for:
  • Managing and approving reconciliations across group entities, ensuring timely monthly closes within agreed SLAs
  • Acting as the primary Clearwater expert, developing solutions for complex instruments including private equity and alternative credit
  • Unifying investment accounting and operations data to create a reliable, group-wide source of truth
  • Contributing to consistent investment financial and management reporting across the group
  • Standardising transaction recording and pricing practices to maintain data integrity
  • Supporting SPPI and ECL calculations, and developing a high-performing accounting team
What We're Looking For
To be considered, you'll need:
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in investment or fund accounting
  • Proficiency in investment accounting platforms such as Clearwater, PAM, Portia or similar
  • Familiarity with pricing tools including Bloomberg or Refinitiv
  • Experience managing teams within an investment or fund accounting environment
  • Strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a collaborative, adaptable approach
