Our Client
The company is currently driving extremely ambitious plans for their continuous growth. In order to support their presence and growth in the market, they are seeking for ambitious and innovative contact centre senior manager to join their team based in Selangor

The Role
You will be working closely with the Country Head to drive the business' performance. You will also be required to work within the budget and be innovative towards cost savings initiatives, reducing buffer and other financial requirements. You will be responsible for handling a team of operational managers and monitor the performance of Teleservices through them. Lastly, you will need to achieve satisfactory audit rating and ensure no adverse findings in the internal/external audit.

The Successful Applicant
You'll have solid experience in a senior management team within a technology business where you have driven significant decisions and strategies to move the business forward.
