The Role
Here's what you'll be driving:
  • Developing and executing preventive maintenance plans for reliability, safety, and compliance
  • Maintaining asset master data and CMMS to support planning accuracy and reporting
  • Tracking plant performance to enhance uptime and drive operational efficiency
  • Conducting breakdown analysis, equipment restoration, and Management of Change activities
  • Contributing to automation and digitalisation efforts, including master plan and backup management
  • Overseeing spare parts strategy, supplier relationships, and maintenance-related CAPEX
  • Coaching technicians on best practices, troubleshooting, and equipment restoration
  • Driving TPM and continuous improvement programmes
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
  • A degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering
  • 5-8 years in maintenance engineering or asset reliability within manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of process automation, Operational Technology (OT), and automation systems
  • Hands-on CMMS experience as a key user or system owner
  • Familiarity with RCM, FMECA, TPM, and related methodologies
  • Experience in cost management, inventory control, and supply chain processes
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to mentor technical teams
