Senior IT Project Manager (Financial Services)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end IT and digital transformation projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Manage project planning, execution, governance, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with business, technology, security, architecture, and vendor teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Drive Agile and/or Waterfall delivery across multiple concurrent projects and releases.
• Manage project resources, vendor performance, team coordination, and executive reporting.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT project management experience, including at least 3 years in Agile delivery.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale web, mobile, and digital platform projects.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, APIs, Microservices, Cloud, and modern application technologies.
• Familiarity with IT security, governance, audit, and risk management frameworks.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and related project management tools.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior business stakeholders.
