The Role

From talent programmes to process improvement - here's where you'll contribute:

• Design and support talent management initiatives - performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development
• Prepare data and materials for People Review processes and help identify capability gaps
• Coordinate training programmes and talent engagement activities
• Support organisational design by reviewing structures, roles, and competency frameworks
• Assist with change management efforts, including communications, timelines, and adoption tracking
• Analyse workforce data and maintain dashboards and reports to track programme effectiveness
• Partner with HRBPs, people managers, and vendors to deliver talent and OD initiatives

What We're Looking For

A detail-oriented HR professional ready to step up and make an impact:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2 - 3 years' experience in an HR generalist role, with exposure to talent management or OD projects as an advantage
• Data-savvy with strong reporting skills and confident use of Excel
• Clear, confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Organised, adaptable, and proactive in approach
