Senior HR Executive

Job description

Our client is in the healthcare industry and is looking for a HR practitioner to manage the employee lifecycle, perform end-to-end payroll and recruitment for 150 employees in Selangor.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure payroll transaction is accurate and salary is paid on time to employees monthly.
  • Responsible for the full recruitment process from sourcing to on-boarding.
  • Handle the processes of employee movement - confirmation, resignation, promotion, increment
  • Be part of the new employee on-boarding program and resigned employee off-boarding (exit interview)
  • Compile Training Need Analysis (TNA) and develop plan for all employee.
  • Draft and improve existing company's policies.
  • Managing job advert on recruitment portal and coordinate, schedule and arrange interviews as per plan.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • 3 to 5 years of HR experience in payroll and recruitment
