The Role

End-to-end financial reporting leadership across a multi-entity, multi-country environment:

• Oversee the preparation, review, and analysis of consolidated and entity-level financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Manage the month-end closing process, including journal entry reviews, account reconciliations, and closing adjustments
• Conduct periodic reviews of accounting treatments and resolve technical issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Lead internal and external audit engagements, ensuring timely delivery of all statutory requirements across jurisdictions
• Drive process improvement initiatives and document SOPs to strengthen efficiency and internal controls
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to support both technical growth and career progression

What We're Looking For

A technically strong, analytically minded finance leader:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred
• 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience with a strong financial reporting focus
• Deep IFRS knowledge with hands-on experience preparing and reviewing financial statements
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex accounting concepts for non-finance stakeholders
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems; experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Automotive industry or Big 4 experience is an added advantage
