Senior Finance Manager (manufacturing)
About our client:
This company is a market leading automotive manufacturing and retail business in Malaysia. They are looking to a Senior Finance Manager based in their HQ in Kuala Lumpur to support the senior management, lead theHQ and plant's finance team and work closely with busines heads from their manufacturing and retail entities.

Your key responsibilities includes:
* Take charge of full spectrum finance and accouting of the entire business.
* Responsible for all controlling matters in the country including working with plant managers.
* Ensure alignment of local processes and controllership compliance
* Co‐ordinate with Treasury for local treasury/banking requirements
* Lead projects on process improvement, streamlining and re-engineering
* Manage and guide a lean team towards excellence
* Support on audits, statutory reporting and tax

The ideal candidate should have:
* Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc.)
* A minimum of 15 years of experience in scope involving financial reporting, business partnering, and management accounting with a solid foundation in controllership
* Exposure in manufacturing industry in MNC organisations
* A proven track record of being a key contributor to the business's commercial value and prior experience in Controlling
* Experience using SAP system
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (finance and non-finance)
