The Role

From month-end close to process improvement, here's where you'll make an impact:

• Delivering accurate, timely R2R operations within agreed service levels
• Managing journal processing, month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, and compliance reporting
• Resolving operational issues raised by internal teams, business locations, and auditors
• Collaborating across functions to ensure seamless, high-quality deliverables
• Maintaining process documentation and desktop task procedures
• Identifying and driving process simplification and standardisation initiatives
• Upholding general ledger controls, policies, and procedures to meet group standards

What We're Looking For

Here's the profile we have in mind:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with IFRS knowledge
• Minimum 3 years of finance and accounting experience, with strong GL exposure
• Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of SAP ECC or equivalent ERP
• Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Comfortable operating in a multicultural, international setting
