Senior Executive, Accounts Receivable (Vietnamese Speaking) | 6-Month Contract | Petaling Jaya

Do you have solid accounts receivable experience and fluency in both English and Vietnamese? This 6-month contract, based in Petaling Jaya, offers the opportunity to be part of a Centre of Excellence AR function within a well-established global consumer goods organisation. You'll manage end-to-end AR processes, support process migration activities, and contribute within a structured shared services environment.

The Role

From transaction processing to month-end reporting, here's where you'll focus:

• Managing AR transaction processing across invoicing, cash allocation, and month-end closing, in line with SLAs and KPIs
• Monitoring the full AR cycle, ensuring open and overdue items are addressed promptly
• Supporting the migration of AR processes to the Shared Services Centre
• Upholding internal controls and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Collaborating across functions to drive efficient AR operations and resolve operational issues
• Identifying and implementing process improvements and standardisation opportunities

What We're Looking For

Here's the profile we have in mind:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 3-5 years of AR or accounting experience, ideally within a shared services environment
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Vietnamese (written and verbal) - essential
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Exposure to ERP systems; transition or ERP implementation experience is an advantage
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a multicultural environment
