The Role

Joining on a permanent basis, your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring sales trends across marketplace channels to spot growth opportunities
• Benchmarking competitors, campaign mechanics and fashion trends to inform strategy
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners on campaigns, promotions and day-to-day operations
• Planning and managing livestream sessions on key platforms, from scheduling through to performance review
• Analysing livestream data metrics to generate insights and drive sales
• Keeping detailed records of channel performance, including revenue and cost data
• Contributing to periodic business performance reviews with clear, consolidated data

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years of e-commerce experience, ideally within a marketplace, enabler or fashion and lifestyle brand environment
• A solid understanding of online marketplace operations and e-commerce fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with livestream management and performance tracking
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Clear and confident communication skills in English
• A degree in Business, Economics or a related field
