Senior Executive, HRBP

About Our Client

Our client is a globally recognised organisation with a strong footprint across the region. They are currently looking to appoint a Senior Executive, HRBP to support their growing operations, partnering closely with stakeholders to drive effective human resources solutions while maintaining robust employee relations and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to line managers, providing practical and strategic HR advice aligned to business needs.
• Manage Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and domestic inquiries.
• Support end‑to‑end HR operations, covering employee lifecycle management, HR administration, and policy implementation.
• Advise stakeholders on labour law compliance, employment practices, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify people challenges and deliver pragmatic, solution‑driven HR interventions.
• Support workforce planning, performance management processes, and organisational initiatives as required.
• Assist in driving consistency and governance in HR practices across the organisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Solid experience in generalist HR, with strong hands‑on exposure to IR/ER and HR operations.
• Demonstrated capability in HR business partnering within a structured or operational environment.
• Good working knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and employment regulations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to operate independently and handle sensitive matters with maturity and discretion.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
