Senior Customer Quality Engineer

Are you looking forward to work in an international electronic manufacturing company? With HQ based in US and distributing products to more than 120 countries over the world, they are currently looking for an individual who is independent, responsible, and willing to travel to join them as a Senior Customer Quality Engineer.
As an independent senior CQE, you are working closely with the QA department and directly reporting to the local Quality Manager. CQE-experienced cases are required- able to investigate customer issues and to write corrective action reports. It may require domestic and international travel upon request by the Manager to visit the clients and to resolve quality-related issue in a timely manner. Excellent communications skill in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- At least Diploma/Degree in relevant field
- A proven track of at least 3 years working experience in Quality or Engineering field
- Knowledgeable in the use of quality tools (6 sigma, 8D, FMEA and etc.)
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal)
- Willing to travel (domestic or international)
- Attention to details- to investigate the root cause and resolve the quality-related issue
