The Role Take senior ownership of Order-to-Cash operations and customer service excellence:

• Process and manage sales orders in SAP from creation to completion, including amendments
• Track order status, delivery progress, and invoice updates; follow up to ensure on-time fulfilment
• Keep customers and stakeholders proactively informed on delivery updates and exceptions
• Handle returns, credit and debit notes, and non-standard scenarios per agreed procedures
• Serve as the main contact for customer enquiries, requests, and service issues
• Log and manage complaints in the NCM system; coordinate with internal teams for resolution
• Prepare and verify shipping and order documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain accurate master data and transactional records in SAP
• Support process improvement and knowledge sharing within the team

What We're Looking For A driven senior professional with solid OTC and customer service experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or logistics in a B2B environment
• Solid SAP knowledge and strong PC skills
• Familiar with foreign trade practices and customer service protocols
• Detail-oriented with a strong customer focus and sense of accountability
• Able to manage daily operations independently and escalate issues with good judgement
