Senior Business Analyst (Insurance)

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define product and process requirements.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or process simplification.
• Translate business needs into clear functional documentation, workflows, and business rules.
• Define and document product-related data requirements for quotations, policies, claims, and other insurance functions.
• Support rules-based automation and end-to-end business process optimization.
• Configure products, workflows, and business rules within digital platforms and systems.
• Work closely with technology teams, vendors, and delivery partners to ensure successful project implementation.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and secure alignment on delivery decisions and project priorities.
• Contribute to Agile and DevOps-based project delivery environments.

Job Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Business project delivery practices.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
