The Role
Drive APAC IT delivery from requirements through to production:
  • Engage in business process workshops to uncover productivity and efficiency opportunities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate challenges into scalable SAP-driven solutions
  • Support SAP system design, build, integration, and testing across regional deployments
  • Monitor production performance and conduct root cause analysis to minimise operational impact
  • Coordinate data migration activities with internal IT teams and third-party vendors
  • Manage SAP support tickets via ServiceNow and provide end-user guidance and workarounds
What We're Looking For
A technically capable analyst with hands-on SAP experience:
  • Proven SAP knowledge across one or more functional modules
  • Background in business analysis within manufacturing, industrial, or a comparable sector
  • Experience with integration testing, regression testing, and data migration
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to produce clear, user-friendly training materials
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities across a fast-paced, multi-country environment
