Our client is a reputable technology company. They are actively hiring a Senior Business Analyst to perform service level management and contribute to the success of process management and transformation journey.

About the Role

  • Govern and run end-to-end improvements for the service level management process
  • Champion changes of framework, process and procedures to meet business and regulatory demands
  • Drive and deliver service improvement activities, projects and initiatives
  • Build good working relationship with stakeholders, such as Service Managers, Technology Managers, Interface Process Managers, Project Managers, Support Teams etc
  • Produce documentation, reporting materials, dashboard and presentation decks as per BAU requirements, projects and initiatives
  • Ensure key priorities, risks, controls associated to service level management are tightly managed, with appropriate escalation model
  • Act as focal point in providing communications to process practitioners and stakeholders


  • Bachelors' or diploma holder in Computer Science or relevant IT discipline(s)
  • Minimum 8 years' work experience in business analysis, project management or similar roles
  • Proficient knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and practices
  • Strong process knowledge especially for service level management ie SLA structure and design, service targets baseline, industry standards etc
  • Strong business analyst skills and experienced in end to end cycle as a business analyst, in medium to large initiatives
