You are a hands-on AI specialist responsible for building the models, integration pipelines, and automation systems. From OCR-based document intelligence for financial institutions to WhatsApp AI assistants for retail enterprises and KYC automation for banks, you will design and deliver the AI components that enable our platforms to operate in production.
You'll work closely with the Lead AI Engineer and take end-to-end ownership of assigned AI workstreams - from solution design through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvement.
Build and maintain AI-driven document processing pipelines, including integrations with platforms such as AllXtract, AWS Textract, and Azure Form Recognizer. Your work will cover structured data extraction from variable-quality PDFs and images, document classification, and accuracy benchmarking against client-specific document formats.
Develop automated KYC onboarding workflows, including document ingestion, identity field extraction, cross-reference validation, risk scoring, compliance checklist generation, and the production of auditable outputs for regulatory review.
Design and implement NLP pipelines for intent classification, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, and query understanding, forming the intelligence layer behind RisingPoint's chat and voice AI systems.
Implement voice AI capabilities, including STT/TTS integrations, LLM-driven dynamic response generation, call flow design, interruption handling, and post-call CRM system integration.
Establish evaluation and monitoring frameworks to track production accuracy, detect model drift, manage prompt versioning, and produce AI quality and performance reports for client deliverables.
