SAP Technical Support (L1) - Mandarin Speaker
A stable shared service center is hiring SAP L1 Support Executive

- Wide scope of trainings available
- To provide tier 1 technical support to all incoming enquiries relevant to SAP within the organization, including local users and remote users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve level 1 technical issues. Ensure that end users provide relevant information for service requests, guide users as per service management policies for proper escalation/ticketing process.
- Train end users on the use of software application functionality.
- Follow up with level 2 support to ensure smooth escalation.
- Computer Science/Statistics/Economics graduates (Bachelor's degree and above)
- At least 2 years of experience in providing first tier technical support to incoming SAP processes.
- Ability to simulate user problems and assist in providing appropriate solutions before escalating to L2 support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP SolMan, Business Process Monitoring and Sharepoint.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
