SAP Support Manager

Job description

Our client is a global healthcare organization with their own range of products and innovative services. They are seeking for a SAP Support Manager.

  • Lean SAP hub
  • SAP S/4 HANA implemented across the organization
  • Collaboration with global team members

The SAP Support Manager will be managing up to 10 direct reports within the regional SAP L2 support team. Core responsibilities:

  • Leads Hypercare activities for SAP activities within APAC region.
  • Ensures production support services are delivered in a timely manner and within the established Service Level Agreements.
  • Continuous improvement on production support processes and ensures team compliance to organization's administrative processes.
  • Enhance team collaboration on local, regional and global scale with all levels of stakeholders.

Esperience Needed:

  • More than 10 years of experience in SAP application support, configuration, development or project management environment
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage medium-sized team
  • Familiar with working in fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
