The Role

Here's what you'll own:

• Configure, maintain, and enhance core SAP modules (PM, PP, SD, MM, FI) and provide ongoing system support
• Identify and implement process improvements aligned with SAP best practices
• Participate in SAP implementation, upgrades, and module rollout projects including UAT and deployment
• Develop training materials and upskill end users on SAP functionality
• Ensure data integrity and produce standard and custom reports to support business decisions
• Lead change management activities to support the adoption of new systems and digital tools
• Manage the full lifecycle of customer-facing apps and digital interface projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver technology solutions

What We're Looking For

A strong candidate will bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (SAP certification is an advantage)
• At least 3 years of experience, including 2+ years in SAP implementation or programme management
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP modules, ideally including S/4HANA
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Willingness to travel to company sites and client locations as required
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
