The Role
Here's what you'll be getting involved in:
  • Handling incident management, master data maintenance and critical period support, including month-end processing
  • Analysing, designing and testing solutions for business change requests and SAP-related projects
  • Maintaining SAP FICO functionality for both internal and external users
  • Managing configuration controls and change management processes
  • Collaborating with third-party vendors on SAP-related issues
  • Mentoring team members and providing cross-functional technical support
  • Driving technology best practices and building repeatable, scalable processes
What We're Looking For
You'll be a strong fit if you have:
  • A degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years' SAP support experience (ECC or S/4HANA) - SAP FICO is essential
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-driven approach
