They are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Test Engineer to join a collaborative, cross-functional team and play a key role in ensuring the integrity of a complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce platform.

The Role

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Support all test phase activities throughout the development lifecycle, from planning through to execution
• Create, execute, and maintain manual test scripts covering functional and regression testing scenarios
• Document test outcomes, record software deviations, and manage defect tracking through to resolution
• Ensure test compliance through thorough documentation and regular review
• Coordinate effectively with relevant teams to align on testing requirements and delivery timelines
• Contribute to the development and improvement of manual and integration test processes

What We're Looking For

Here's what you'll need:

• At least 5 years of hands-on manual testing experience (essential)
• Hands-on experience testing across Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (essential)
• Proficiency in JIRA, XRay, and Confluence for test management (essential)
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification (essential)
• Working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, with practical delivery experience
• A meticulous approach to quality assurance and process compliance, with a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Some exposure to SQL would be an advantage
