Sales Support Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and conscientious Sales Support Specialist to join our flexible team in the financial services sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
• Handle client inquiries and follow-ups in collaboration with sales representatives.
• Support onboarding and training of new sales team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role (preferably in financial services).
