The Role

Lead the team, grow the business - here's what this role demands:

• Lead, coach, and develop a small sales team to deliver individual and collective revenue targets
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow specialty food ingredient sales across Southern Malaysia
• Identify and win new business opportunities with food and beverage manufacturers
• Manage key and strategic customer accounts, building strong long-term partnerships
• Promote a broad range of specialty ingredients including stabilisers, emulsifiers, sweeteners, proteins, enzymes, and flavours
• Deliver consultative, application-driven selling with technical team support, while maintaining strong CRM discipline and pipeline reporting

What We're Looking For

An experienced food ingredients sales leader ready to make an impact:

• Proven sales experience with specialty food ingredients - essential
• 8-10 years of B2B sales experience in food ingredients or specialty chemicals, including team leadership or mentoring
• Strong consultative selling skills with a proven track record of delivering against revenue targets
• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
• Willingness to travel regularly within Southern Malaysia
