The Role

Drive strategy, open doors, grow the business - here's what your day-to-day looks like:

• Develop and execute regional business development strategies aligned with global objectives
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including key accounts and emerging sectors
• Manage a full sales activity cycle - from initial prospecting and presentations to contract closing
• Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with commercial and profitability goals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer requirements
• Provide regular pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and performance reports to senior leadership

What We're Looking For

A commercially sharp freight forwarding professional ready to grow a territory:

• 5-8 years of sales experience in international freight forwarding
• Strong working knowledge of air and sea freight operations
• Proven track record of building new business and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
