Sales Manager (FinTech Start-up)

Our Client

A fast growing FinTech start-up is recruiting for a Sales Manager to lead the team, manage sales and training functions to drive new and existing businesses in Malaysia.

About the Role

  • Develop local leadership teams; create an environment of trust and people engagement
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by analysing trends and results
  • Understand changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand
  • Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices
  • Implement sales programmes by developing field sales action plans
  • Define and communicate business's KPIs and targets to all salespersons

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, banking, accounting and finance
  • Minimum 5 years' sales experience in financial services call centres
  • Qualifications in PCEIA and TBE will be an added advantage
  • High emotional intelligence with strong levels of self-awareness
  • Strong analytical and communication skills in a fast pace environment
