The Role

Own the relationship. Win the tender. Here's what you'll be accountable for:

• Identify customer needs, developing tailored commercial vehicle solutions to win tenders and grow the portfolio
• Build and nurture lasting client relationships through regular visits, proactive account management, and prompt responses to all enquiries
• Develop and present tender proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and prepare sales contracts in close collaboration with internal teams
• Monitor order progress, coordinate delivery timelines, and proactively communicate any updates or delays to customers
• Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking all leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
• Serve as the primary customer contact at all times, managing vehicle handovers, post-sale support, and complaint resolution
• Keep technical product knowledge current and ensure all product updates are accurately documented and communicated internally
