The Role

Lead, grow, deliver - here's what you'll own:

• Develop and execute the business strategy and annual operating plan for the electronics business line, identifying new markets, growth opportunities, and strategic partnerships to drive revenue and margin improvement
• Bridge local operations with global headquarters, translating group directives into effective on-the-ground strategies while monitoring industry trends and competitive developments
• Own full P&L responsibility - managing budgets, forecasts, and cost control, tracking financial performance, and implementing corrective action as needed
• Oversee end-to-end operations including production, inventory management, supply chain optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead and support the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue targets, managing key customer relationships, contract negotiations, and pricing strategies
• Provide oversight for quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and governance; build and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and safety

What We're Looking For

A decisive, commercially sharp senior leader:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with significant exposure to gas-related industries
• Proven track record in a senior leadership or general management role with full P&L accountability
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
