The Role

Shape the strategy, grow the business - here's what you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with broader regional growth objectives
  • Identify, target, and win new customers across industrial and logistics sectors
  • Manage and grow existing key accounts, maximising long-term value and revenue potential
  • Deliver consultative, solution-focused presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
  • Own revenue, margin, and profitability targets, maintaining accurate pipeline and CRM reporting
  • Collaborate with internal operations, training, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery

What We're Looking For

A results-driven sales professional with the right industrial pedigree:

  • 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within industrial or logistics sectors
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling skills, with experience managing medium to large accounts
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
  • Willingness to travel domestically across Malaysia
