The Role

  • Identify and approach new B2B prospects within beauty and aesthetics to grow market presence
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive retention and repeat business

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the beauty or aesthetics sector
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
  • Proven negotiation and deal-closing ability
  • Comfortable analysing sales data and market insights to guide strategy
  • Self-driven with strong time management and the ability to work independently
