The Role
More than a trainer - you'll be an architect of commercial capability:
  • Design and deliver onboarding, sales training and coaching programmes for sales and marketing teams
  • Develop and implement capability-building initiatives that strengthen sales performance and marketing effectiveness
  • Support commercial excellence projects that drive measurable, business-wide results
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align learning with strategic priorities
  • Contribute to the broader commercial excellence agenda, reporting into the Senior Commercial Excellence Manager
What We're Looking For
You'll stand out if you bring:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a Science-related discipline
  • At least 7 years' pharmaceutical sales experience with a strong, demonstrable track record
  • Excellent communication, presentation and analytical capabilities
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to influence across functions and levels
  • Prior exposure to sales training, sales force effectiveness or capability development is a distinct advantage
