The Role

Prospect, advise, win - here's what you'll be doing:

• Grow market presence across Pengerang and surrounding industrial zones, targeting refineries, petrochemical plants, EPC contractors, and industrial clients
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of project leads and opportunities
• Assess customer needs and develop tailored technical solutions, proposals, and quotations
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical briefings to a range of stakeholders
• Manage the full sales lifecycle - from tender tracking and quotation management through to project coordination and delivery
• Cultivate lasting relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and project managers
• Monitor market activity and competitor developments to provide strategic input

What We're Looking For

A technically astute, self-driven sales professional:

• 2-5 years of experience in technical or engineering sales
• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Background in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial sectors is preferred
• Familiarity with the Pengerang market is a distinct advantage
• Strong commercial acumen with confident negotiation and communication skills
• Results-driven, independent, and effective at managing multiple stakeholders
• Willing to travel regularly to Pengerang; valid driving licence and own transport required
