The Role

Own your territory, deliver the solution - here's what you'll be doing:

• Develop and grow sales across an assigned territory and customer base in Southern Malaysia
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with manufacturing, industrial, and engineering customers
• Manage the full sales cycle - from initial prospecting and solution design through to quotation and closing
• Assess customer applications and technical requirements, proposing tailored equipment or service solutions
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and on-site assessments
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender responses in coordination with internal teams
• Maintain accurate pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and CRM reporting

What We're Looking For

A commercially aware engineering sales professional ready to make their mark:

• 3 years of technical sales or sales engineering experience, ideally in industrial equipment or engineered solutions
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear customer value propositions
• Good commercial awareness, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willingness to travel within Southern Malaysia; valid driving licence required
