The Role

Consult. Solve. Win. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead follow-up, and regular customer site visits
• Identify and convert new business opportunities whilst maintaining accurate CRM records and consistently hitting sales targets
• Deliver technical consultations, product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to customers across a range of industrial sectors
• Partner with engineering teams to develop tailored solutions, prepare proposals and quotations, and serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle
• Manage opportunities end-to-end from initial enquiry through to project completion, coordinating internal stakeholders and monitoring delivery milestones
• Build lasting customer relationships by providing application support, training, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement

What We're Looking For

A technically strong, commercially minded sales professional ready to make an impact:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of technical sales experience
• Background in industrial automation, instrumentation, process control, or engineering solutions is preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia
