The Role

Set the direction, lead the teams, deliver the results - here's what this role demands:

  • Define and execute the APAC go-to-market strategy, driving regional revenue, margin, and long-term growth targets
  • Lead high-value capital equipment and turnkey system sales across greenfield developments, farm expansions, and modernisation projects
  • Build and manage senior-level relationships with commercial farming integrators, agribusiness groups, and strategic accounts
  • Negotiate regional framework agreements and long-term supply contracts across diverse APAC markets
  • Lead, develop, and inspire country managers, regional sales leaders, and key account teams
  • Manage distributor, agent, and joint-venture partner networks across the region
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, project, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Represent the organisation at major industry exhibitions, forums, and with government and industry bodies

What We're Looking For

An experienced commercial leader ready to operate at the highest level:

  • 10 years of sales leadership experience within swine farming equipment or livestock production systems
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, project-based capital equipment sales across multiple APAC markets
  • Deep understanding of commercial swine production economics and market dynamics across the region
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Executive-level communication and influencing capability with senior clients, investors, and government stakeholders
  • High willingness to travel extensively across Asia-Pacific
