The Role

A varied, coordination-focused role spanning sales support and logistics:

• Preparing and processing quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related shipping documentation
• Coordinating with customers on order confirmations, pricing, and delivery scheduling
• Liaising with forwarders, transporters, and shipping agents for local and international shipments
• Tracking shipments and providing timely updates to customers and internal teams
• Supporting stock receiving, dispatch, and maintaining accurate inventory and transaction records
• Performing data entry, filing, and general administrative support
• Assisting in resolving delivery issues and discrepancies as they arise

What We're Looking For

A driven, organised individual ready to learn and contribute:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome - full support will be provided
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
