The Role
Here's what you'll be working on day to day:
  • Supporting data governance, management, and analytics to enable smarter sales decisions
  • Translating business needs into actionable data and reporting solutions
  • Maintaining data accuracy and integrity for sales commission and incentive programmes
  • Supporting the design and upkeep of enterprise Data Warehouse and DataMart solutions
  • Managing data integrations, ETL/ELT processes, and key documentation
  • Identifying and resolving data discrepancies in collaboration with technology teams
  • Contributing to data access, security, and compliance frameworks
What We're Looking For
A strong blend of technical and analytical skills is essential:
  • A relevant degree and at least five years' experience in sales analytics, data management, or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with data warehousing platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, AWS Redshift, or Snowflake
  • Proficiency in BI and reporting tools, including Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos
  • A solid understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data privacy regulations
  • Strong problem-solving ability and collaborative communication skills
  • Exposure to Python, ML, or AI - and relevant certifications - would be a welcome bonus
