The Role

Ready to lead automation at scale? Here's what you'll own:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of RPA projects, ensuring outcomes align with business objectives and governance standards
• Guide the build and deployment of automation bots via UiPath, upholding development standards and best practices
• Take ownership of bot performance post-deployment, covering monitoring, maintenance, and iterative improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface automation opportunities and convert business needs into technical solutions
• Champion innovation by leading initiatives that harness the potential of GenAI tools
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of RPA developers, supporting career growth and driving high performance
• Keep stakeholders informed with clear, timely reporting on project status, risks, and return on investment

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience leading end-to-end RPA delivery within an enterprise environment
• Hands-on proficiency with UiPath (essential)
• Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and grow a technical team
• Strong capability in translating business challenges into scalable automation solutions
• Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills
• Exposure to GenAI tools and a continuous improvement mindset (advantageous)
