  • Support multiple consultants across Asia on Retained and Contingent search assignments
  • Deliver accurate, timely and robust research, identify and update information on relevant candidates/clients in database
  • Successfully present potential candidates for live/future opportunities and generate leads for the wider business

Research/Source candidates

  • Work closely with consultants, understand their needs, and execute an appropriate sourcing strategy to grow candidate/client footprint in Asia
  • Offer support to consultants on Regional, Country, Industry, or Function specific projects
  • Source potential candidates by a combination of various souring platforms such as social media/database/target & competitor companies'/media campaigns/networking through existing contacts/phone calls/etc.
  • Update candidate/client information e.g. email addresses, direct & mobile numbers, address details on our database to ensure accuracy of the current information
  • Identify, interview and assess appropriate candidates for live opportunities
  • Produce standard, accurate and thorough documentation - candidate interview notes, long lists, shortlists, etc. and prepare client presentation for submissions
  • Provide support in ad-hoc market mapping and salary benchmarking projects
  • Proactive in registering new potential candidates for future opportunities in our database

Facilitate Business Development

  • Provide support to consultants in bringing new business via ad chases
  • Provide high level service in successfully completing match making exercise between candidate and client
  • Strengthen existing relationships and identify new contacts to build networks in each market
  • Offer support to senior candidates and regular contact with Ambition Group
  • Gather information on "Leads" and "referrals" on new businesses in Asia

Database Maintenance

  • Create new candidate & client records in our database as required
  • Update candidate /client records which could include uploading original CV, update front page (personal information), update employment history in our database
  • Attach new documents into client/candidate record


  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in research / recruitment / customer service
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong technology skills & familiarity with CRM database
  • Comfortable making cold calls in a professional manner to candidates and clients (a large part of this role will be calling candidates and clients to initiate discussions / find out information)
  • Persistence and attention to detail
  • Sense of Urgency Critical and the ability to turn around multiple requests in an efficient manner
  • Good time management skills, process driven and ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive, versatile and creative mind set
