The Role
A senior leadership position with real purpose and wide-reaching influence:
  • Drive academic quality assurance and manage the accreditation of existing and new programmes
  • Oversee the end-to-end student lifecycle - from admissions and enrolment through to assessments and graduation
  • Lead the development of new academic programmes in line with Malaysian regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to institutional governance, including Board participation and leadership of key committees
  • Manage and protect student data and records in accordance with current legislation
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with government agencies, sponsors, and external stakeholders
  • Play an active role in institutional strategic planning, risk management, and performance monitoring
What We're Looking For
A forward-thinking professional who combines vision with the ability to deliver:
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline
  • 8 to 10 years of senior management experience within a higher education environment
  • Hands-on engagement with MOHE, MQA, and other relevant professional accreditation bodies
  • Demonstrable success in developing and embedding institutional policies and administrative frameworks
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Self-motivated and collaborative, with a strong commitment to continuous professional development
