Our client is a globally recognised energy technology organisation with a strong regional presence. Based in Petaling Jaya on a hybrid arrangement, you'll sit within a dynamic global finance team, reporting to the Head of Treasury - a role where your expertise genuinely matters across borders.

The Role

Supporting treasury and cash management operations across Malaysia, Japan, and the Philippines, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing cash pooling, sweeping, and liquidity operations across multiple entities
• Preparing and consolidating rolling cash flow forecasts, with commentary on variances
• Overseeing intercompany fund transfers, loans, and dividend payments
• Coordinating FX settlements and monitoring daily transactions, bank balances, and facility utilisation
• Ensuring compliance with central bank regulations, internal policies, and treasury frameworks
• Building and managing banking relationships, evaluating performance and service capability
• Serving as system administrator across banking platforms, managing user access and authorisations
• Collaborating with local finance teams, CFOs, Tax, and Corporate teams across the region

What We're Looking For

A driven treasury professional with regional exposure and a collaborative mindset:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of direct experience in cash management and FX within a multinational, multi-country environment
• Knowledge of treasury management systems, cash pooling, and in-house banking
• Strong analytical skills with sharp attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent time management and decision-making ability in a non-routine, fast-moving role
• A collaborative team player who communicates effectively across cross-functional teams
