The Role

Support the process, drive the performance - here's what you'll be doing:

• Prepare accurate sales quotations using CPQ and internal systems, with a focus on process automation and data standardisation
• Support regional sales teams across APAC with sales administration, system updates, and data analysis
• Verify product specifications, bridging technical requirements with system configuration
• Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for CRM, ERP, and internal system queries, proposing process improvements where needed
• Coordinate with planning, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and shipment tracking
• Contribute to digital initiatives including software subscription management, spare parts processes, and payment tracking

What We're Looking For

A detail-oriented, technically grounded professional with a commercial mindset:

• A background in Engineering is essential - any discipline considered
• 2+ years of experience in sales support or sales administration, ideally within a technical or utility-related environment
• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and ERP platforms (e.g. IFS), with strong MS Office and data skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Customer-focused, collaborative, and highly organised
