The Role

Lead the region, grow the portfolio - here's what you'll be accountable for:

• Own and execute the APAC sales strategy for a specialist gelatin and collagen ingredients portfolio
• Manage and grow key multinational and regional accounts across food, nutrition, and pharmaceutical applications
• Lead and optimise regional distributor networks, supporting pricing, commercial strategy, and customer engagement
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across emerging markets and customer segments
• Act as the primary commercial contact for strategic customers, supporting application discussions alongside technical teams
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory developments across the region
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, sales forecasting, and regional reporting

What We're Looking For

A commercially sharp ingredients sales professional with strong regional credentials:

• Regional B2B sales experience in ingredients, food, nutrition, or pharmaceuticals - essential
• Background in gelatin, collagen, hydrocolloids, or functional ingredients strongly preferred
• Proven experience managing distributor networks across APAC
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field
