The Role

Build the relationships, grow the business - here's what you'll be doing:

  • Drive revenue growth through effective key account management and new business development
  • Manage price negotiations, service agreements, and commercial terms with key customers
  • Identify market opportunities and monitor competitor activity to strengthen commercial positioning
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to develop and deliver tailored customer solutions
  • Build and sustain long-term partnerships with strategic accounts across the region
  • Travel outstation and overseas as required to support business growth

What We're Looking For

A commercially sharp, technically aware sales professional ready to make their mark:

  • Minimum 5 years of business development experience within backend semiconductor manufacturing - essential
  • A background in semiconductor assembly and testing is strongly preferred; broader backend semiconductor manufacturing experience will also be considered
  • 5-8 years of sales experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Background in technical sales and key account management, particularly in backend semiconductor
  • Experience in price-cost management, commercial negotiations, and service agreement review
  • Degree in Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Possess own transport with a valid driving licence; willing to travel domestically and overseas
