The Role

Here is what you will be doing:

• Own and manage procurement activities across Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines
• Identify, evaluate and build supplier relationships to strengthen the regional supply base
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and terms to deliver cost efficiencies across the business
• Track market trends, pricing dynamics and supply conditions to inform strategic decisions
• Partner with global stakeholders across multiple markets and business units
• Develop new vendor relationships using a proactive, business development mindset

What We're Looking For

You will bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain
• Confident negotiation skills and a strong track record in supplier management
• A solid grasp of pricing models, cost structures and market dynamics
• The ability to work independently and take full ownership of outcomes
• Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at regional and global level
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin, essential for managing China-based stakeholders and suppliers
