The Role

A strategically focused, regionally influential pricing and tender management position:

• Define and implement a centralised road logistics pricing framework across all countries in scope
• Lead multi-country RFQ coordination, ensuring rate consistency, cost transparency, and margin discipline
• Partner with Sales on key tenders, strategic bids, and renewal pricing
• Benchmark vendor rates and maintain buy-rate intelligence across corridors and procurement teams
• Track pricing performance through win/loss analysis, margin monitoring, and KPI reporting
• Drive process improvement and digital enablement across pricing tools, costing models, and rate databases

What We're Looking For

A resilient, analytically minded commercial professional:

• 6-8+ years in pricing, procurement, commercial, or operations within logistics or supply chain
• Strong background in road logistics with exposure to cross-border and regional operations
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-country RFQs and strategic tenders
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with a structured, detail-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working with data, costing models, and pricing tools in a matrix environment
