Reporting to the Senior Regional Marketing Manager of Asia, the Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, building and executing regional marketing campaigns across Asia to successfully maintain and grow existing and new customers. They will further develop current campaigns to increase customer engagement, optimize our communications and support brand objectives. The Marketing Executive will coordinate with the internal marketing team to execute company and online content strategies. They will be responsible for creating content, conducting analysis, improving efficiency, and providing insight to management about the performance of each marketing campaign as well as ensuring best practices and adhering to corporate guidelines.

The Marketing Executive will support (but not limited to) the Senior Regional Marketing Manager of Asia in the following areas for all Asia markets:

  • Plan, implement, execute and coordination of regional marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Create, update and track marketing collateral and content (not limited to websites, posters, presentations, brochures and eDMs)
  • Email campaign management (to create, edit layout and execute)
  • Leverage email marketing tools to develop transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies that maximize customer retention and lead nurturing
  • Organising internal and external events (venue sourcing, negotiation, invitations, guest list management, event day support, post-event follow up, track analytics and ROI of event)
  • Reporting on analytics on all campaigns
  • Source for partnership opportunities (events and sponsorship)
  • Support the Marketing Manager with digital content strategy and development (videos, photos, artworks)
  • Clearly brief in design work (pull-up banners, job ads, website tiles)
  • Perform an extensive array of marketing administrative tasks to support the Marketing Manager
  • Research and perform competition analysis

In order to be considered for this role, candidates should demonstrate:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related subject
  • Exceptional written communication skills and with experience in writing compelling messages to a consumer.
  • Strong project management skills and able to multi-task
  • General understanding of and interest social media
  • Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics, specifically ROI analysis
  • Experience working with major ESPs is a must. Knowledge of Marketo, Campaign Monitor or Exact Target is preferred
  • Localization experience preferred
  • Able to clean and filter databases quite comfortably
  • Thorough and very detail oriented
  • Is capable of working autonomously and under pressure
