The Role
Here's where you'll make your mark:
  • Own end-to-end HR operations across Malaysia, Singapore, and China
  • Manage payroll, claims, and benefits in line with local statutory requirements
  • Apply working knowledge of employment law across all three markets
  • Build employer brand presence through university partnerships, HRDF, and intern placements
  • Harmonise HR policies and handbooks across Singapore and China to align with group-level compliance standards
  • Contribute to global HR initiatives, including policy rollouts and HRIS projects
  • Drive regional team engagement through structured activities and regular collaborative touchpoints
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings:
  • A proactive, self-motivated style with a natural flair for bringing people together
  • Hands-on payroll, compliance, and full-cycle HR delivery experience
  • Employer branding, HRDF, and graduate or intern recruitment exposure
  • Practical knowledge of employment legislation across MY, SG, and CN
  • Strong English communication skills; Mandarin is an added advantage
  • HRIS familiarity: SAP, Infotech experience is an advantage
